OBJECTIVES OF ASSOCIATION

To promote co-operation among persons, firms or companies connected with the automobile trade, tractors, 2 or 3 wheelers, bearings, tyres and tubes and battery whether as manufacturers, importers, exporters or wholesale or retail dealers or as persons interested in the sale of motor vehicles, tractors and motor goods with a view to their adopting common policy and collectively taking such steps as may be deemed necessary or expedient to further and safeguard the interests of the trade and industry.

To regulate and standardize as far as possible discounts, rebates, guarantees , services, contracts and other business practices in the motor and allied trades and industries.

To promote and protect the interest of the motor and motor goods trade and industry in any or all of their branches and of those engaged or interested there in including the interests of manufacturers, importers and dealers, whether wholesale or retail and other persons interested in the manufacture, sale, repair, hire, servicing or insurance of all manners of motor vehicles, motor goods and such apparatus and appliances and accessories and goods and such apparatus and appliances and accessories and goods and articles useful or ancillary to the purpose of the said trade and industry.

To enter into any arrangements with the government of India or any foreign or local government, chamber of commerce, municipality, local board or any other public or private authorities that may seen conductive to all or any of the objects of the association. The state trading corporation of India or any other trade federation of import, export, stocking and distribution and /or procurement of the goods required in the transport industry.

To promote or oppose legislative or their measures affecting the motor trade or industry, and generally do all such other things as may be deemed incidental or conductive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them as stated in the memorandum of association.

To undertake social, medical, educational activities for the betterment of the poor people of the society., members of association and employees working with them and to provide help to them at the time of natural calamity like earth quake, floods, famine, epidemic etc. and to organize medical camps to give them medical and medicines etc. and to create any trust or society if necessary.
